Hi there,

We’re the “tickfuencer” family behind Tick Channel, your source for tick prevention tips, product reviews, and the latest news on tick-borne threats.

We live on 4.5 acres in Connecticut, a beautiful (and unfortunately tick-heavy) part of the country. Lyme disease got its start right here, and like so many families in the area, we’ve had our own share of close calls. With three daughters and a growing crew of grandkids running around our yard, we’ve learned the hard way just how important it is to take ticks seriously.

Tick Channel started as a passion project—born out of our determination to protect the people we love and the land we live on. We were frustrated by the scattered, often outdated information out there, and we wanted to create a trusted resource for others dealing with the same fears and frustrations.

Now, we dig into what actually works, what doesn’t, and why. We test products, break down science into everyday language, and share strategies that help you take control of your property and your peace of mind.
